What do you do when a commercial comes on? Some people like to change the channel, others get up and walk around televisionand then there are those who just simply turn the volume down. Have you noticed how loud the commercials are? Well, the Commercial Advertisement Loudness Mitigation Act (CALM) is trying to work its way through Congress to prevent commercials from being louder than the programs they accompany.

Do you think CALM will work? Do you think federal intervention is needed?
